Q: Can you tell us about your professional background and what brought you to Inside Talent?
I started my career in behavior therapy working with kids with autism at a day treatment center. When I had kids of my own, I stepped back from work for a few years to focus on raising them. When I was ready to get back into the workforce, I took a position with Stitch Fix, a digital/tech retailer, first as a stylist and then as a people manager. I loved the T/A & HR side of my role at Stitch Fix so I knew that was where I wanted to be focused in my next role. The timing worked out that Inside Talent was hiring at that time which is what ultimately landed me here! I'm so happy to have found such a great opportunity to work with great people.
