There are lots of different ways to diversify your team. The more types of diversity your team exemplifies, the more productive and creative your group can become. Here is a list of resources to help you get started finding that diverse talent.

This is not a definitive list and there may be more resources local to your area to utilize. It is also not enough to just bring in more diverse people. You must also make sure they feel welcome and included in your company and are paid and treated equitably.
