How does it work?

In this call, we'll talk through your background, experience and aspirations to see if there’s a match between what you have and the roles available.  Should we have a match we’ll make the introduction and work to guide you through the entire process. We want it to be an amazing journey no matter which way things go.

What’s my role in the process?

There are a lot of moving parts to the process, but the most important aspect is communication. We promise to communicate with you honestly, in detail and promptly at all times.  No beating around the bush, hiding information or talking in corporate speak and we ask the same of you.

How long does the process take?

The process takes 60 days on average, but it can vary greatly depending upon the responsiveness and availability of both you as well as our client.
