Lori is an accomplished recruitment professional with demonstrated resourcefulness in uncovering, attracting and placing exceptional talent.  With years of expertise, she saw that the traditional staffing model was broken and leveraged the best of corporate, contingent and retained search models to provide a more cost and time effective solution to clients while delivering the best talent.  Since presenting her idea to her first client – who responded with "this is a no-brainer!" - Lori and her team have been filling critical roles faster than the industry average for local and national clients across a broad variety of industries.

Danielle’s superpower is finding the right person for the right role, every time.  For fifteen years she's helped companies of all sizes land talent their competitors wish they had.  She reads between the lines of a candidate's background and connects the dots to a career opportunity where others might not.  She's a hunter of "purple squirrels" who makes talent discovery look effortless.

Andrea Rabe


Andrea brings a wide variety of experiences to her role at Inside Talent.  In addition to working in talent acquisition, she has experience in the private business sector, faith-based social service organizations, and local community-based associations.  Her clear communications, insightful assessments, and solid interpersonal skills are well suited to identifying, connecting with, and placing the best candidates in client positions.

Having grown up in a family-owned business, Liz has special knowledge of all the components it takes for an organization to successfully operate. Her background includes research, passive candidate sourcing, and project management. She also happens to be our operations point person extraordinaire!
